Abstract
Objective To explore application effect comparison of different dosage of dezocine combined with propofol in anesthesia analgesia of painless artificial abortion. Methods From June 2013 to September 2014,240 patients under-gone painless artificial abortion surgery treated in our outpatient service were selected as research objects.According to the sequence of admission into the hospital,they were evenly divided into group A,B,C in random.Combined anesthesia of dezocine and propofol among 3 groups was all applied.In group A,the dose of dezocine was 0.05 mg/kg,and it was 0.075 mg/kg in group B,and 0.10 mg/kg in group C.The clinical anesthetic effect and dosage of propofol among 3 groups was compared respectively,and incidence rate of adverse reaction and pain in uterus contraction was calculated respectively. Results The anesthetic effect in group B was superior to that in group A and group C,and there was a sta-tistical difference (P<0.05).Drug dosage of propofol in group B was less than that in group A and group C.Score of pain in uterus contraction within 30 min after surgery in group B was lower than that in group A and group C,which dis-played statistical difference (P<0.05).In group B,incidence rate of adverse reaction was lower than that in group A and group C,and there was a statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion In patients with painless abortion surgery,0.075 mg/kg dezocine combined with propofol for anesthesia not only guarantees anesthetic pain relief effect during and after surgery,but also reduce the intraoperative dosage of propofol and postoperative incidence rate of adverse reaction,which is worthy of expansive promotion and application.关键词
