Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of effect and incidences of adverse reactions on contract agent by heat-ing on computed tomography (CT) enhancement scan. Methods One thousand and three hundred patients accepted CT enhancement scan were evenly divided into heating group and room temperature group in random.In the heating group, contrast agent was warmed up to 37℃and injected intravenously before CT enhancement scan (concentration: CT an-giography was 370 mg I/ml, dynamic enhancement was 300 mg I/ml),while in the room temperature group,contrast agent was injected intravenously under room temperature of 20℃ (concentration: CT angiography was 370 mg I/ml, dynamic enhancement was 300 mg I/ml). The vascular pressure after injection contrast agent by different concentration,incidence of allergic reaction and exosmosis rate in the two groups were compared. Results Under the same temperature,the high-er concentration of injected contrast agent and faster the speed was,the greater vascular pressure was,which displayed a statistical difference (P<0.01).When contrast agent was heated up to 37℃,vascular pressure by the same density of con-trast agent and velocity of injection both greatly decreased,which displayed statistical a difference after inter-group comparison (P<0.01).Using 300 mg I/ml contrast agent,there was no significant difference in incidence of allergic reac-tion or exosmosis rate in the two groups (0.57% v s 0.58% and 0.57% v s 0.77%,P>0.05).When 370 mg I/ml contrast a-gent was applied,incidence of allergic reaction and exosmosis rate in the heating group were both less than those in the room temperature group,which displayed statistical differences after inter-group comparison (0.81% v s 2.29% and 1.62% v s 3.82%,P<0.05). Conclusion The heating process almost has no influence on the incidence of allergic reac-tions or exosmosis rate in hypotonic contrast agent,but in hypertonic contrast agent when it is heated,it can remarkably decrease incidence of allergic reactions and exosmosis rate.关键词
