Abstract
Objective To investigate the pros and cons of octreotide and somatostatin in treatment of liver cirrhosis and upper digestive tract hemorrhage. Methods 114 cases of cirrhosis with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients in our hospital from March 2012 to May 2014 were selected,and were divided into experimental group 57 cases and con-trol group 57 cases in random.The patients in experimental group were treated with somatostatin,the patients in control group were treated with octreotide.The treatment effect,hemostasis time,and the occurrence of adverse reactions of pa-tients between two groups was recorded respectively. Results The hemostasis time of experimental group was signifi-cantly lower than that in control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group patients was signif-icantly lower than that in control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Two kinds of drugs in the treat-ment of liver cirrhosis with upper digestive tract hemorrhage have an ideal effect,but compared with octreotide,somato-statin for hemostasis more quickly and with less adverse reactions,it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
