摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of montelukast sodium assisting azithromycin in treatment of My-coplasma pneumonia. Methods 80 children with Mycoplasma pneumonia treated in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were selected and they were randomly divided into treatment group (n=40) and control group (n=40). The two groups were given routine treatment,and treatment group was given oral montelukast and intravenous infusion of azithromycin,while control group was given intravenous infusion of azithromycin on the basis of routine treatment.The curative efficacy of two groups was observed. Results The cooling time,cough remission time,time of relieving asthma, disappearing time of pulmonary rales,the recovery time of X-ray imaging and hospital stay in treatment group was obvi-ously shorter than that of control group respectively (P<0.05).There was a statistical difference of markedly effective rate and total effective rate between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Oral montelukast sodium assisting azithromycin treating Mycoplasma pneumoniae can improve the clinical symptom,promote recovery of patients,and shorten hospital stay and has exact effect.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
