Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of scrotal paste in the treatment of hormone depen-dent dermatitis. Methods 92 patients with scrotal hormone-dependent dermatitis from May 2013 to March 2014 in our hospital for treatment were selected,according to sequence were divided into observation group and control group,obser-vation group were treated with pine oil fractions,while control group were treated with oral cyproheptadine.After treat-ment of 1,2,3,4 weeks,the score changes between two groups of patients was observed respectively,and its therapeutic effect was analyzed. Results The efficient (100.00%) of observation group patients was higher than that (91.30%) in control group,with statistical difference (u=4.7054,P<0.01).After treatment of 1,2,3,4 weeks,the score of observation group was lower than that in control group respectively,with statistical difference (P<0.05).There was no serious adverse reactions between two groups. Conclusion Using paste treatment scrotal hormone-dependent dermatitis patients,which the curative effect is distinct and high safety.关键词
