摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application and effect of information technology in community chronic care man-agement. Methods 68 Patients with chronic diseases admitted to our community from June 2012 to September 2014 were selected and evenly divided into control group and experimental group in random.The control group was given regular nursing care,and the experiment group was given the nursing care via information technology.Effects of clinical nursing between the two groups were compared. Results After nursing,scores of objective support,scores of subjective support,scores of utilization of support and total scores of social support in the control group was higher than those in the control group,and scores of physiology,psychology,social management,environment,spiritual prop and independent domain in experimental group was higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Information technology has a significant value of application in community chronic care manage-ment,which is worthy of active promotion.关键词
