Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic nursing in obstetrics nursing. Methods 200 preg-nant women from June 2012 to June 2014 in obstetrical department of our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of admission,100 cases in each group.The control group was given obstetrical conventional nursing,the observation group was given humanistic nursing on the basis of the con-trol group.The delivery modes,postpartum pain degrees and nursing satisfaction score in two groups was compared. Re-sults The incidence of moderate and severe degree of pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate of the observation group was 81.0%,which was higher than 56.0% of the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of hu-manistic nursing mode in obstetrical nursing can effectively improve the natural delivery rate,relieve postpartum pain degree,and improve nursing satisfaction degree,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
