Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing and rehabilitation training in patient with thora-columbar vertebral fracture combined with spinal cord injury. Methods 78 patients with thoracolumbar vertebral frac-ture combined with spinal cord injury from March 2010 to December 2013 in our hospital were selected as research object.All patients were given comprehensive nursing and rehabilitation training.The improvement of quality of life,SAS and SDS score before and after nursing was compared. Results The proportion of the excellent life quality after nursing was higher than that before nursing,with significant difference (P<0.01).The proportion of the poor life quality after nursing was lower than that before nursing,with significant difference (P<0.01).The score of SAS and SDS after nursing was higher than that before nursing,with significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion Reasonable comprehensive nursing and rehabilitation training can effectively promote patient’s recovery,improve patient’s activities of daily living,and al-leviate patient’s suffering at the same time,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
