Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of clinical pathway in the nursing of infantile pneumonia. Methods 148 children with pneumonia in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2013 were selected and ran-domly divided into the experimental group(78 cases) and the control group(70 cases).The experimental group was given clinical pathway,the control group was given conventional nursing.The nursing effect in two groups was compared. Re-sults The total effective rate in the experimental group was 95.15%,which was higher than 80.00% in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).The time of clinical symptom improvement and rehabilitation in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,medical cost in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The compliance and satisfaction degree in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of clinical pathway in the nursing of infantile pneumonia is significant,which can shorten rehabilitation process,improve the compliance and satisfaction degree,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
