半夏泻心汤治疗慢性胃炎的Meta分析
Meta-analysis of Banxia Xiexin Decoction treating chronic gastritis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction treating chronic gastritis. Methods Document literatures meeting inclusion criteria were carried out Meta-analysis by R software.40 articles meeting the realted cri-teria were checked in recent years which contained 4048 patients in total,among them,there were 2139 cases in treat-ment group while 1909 cases in control group.The effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction treating chronic gastritis was un-derstood by analyzing the efficacy difference between two groups. Results There was a statistical difference of the total effective rate between Banxia Xiexin Decoction and its modification and conventional treatment (P<0.01),incorporate OR=4.7406,95%CI was 3.8963-5.7678 (Z=15.5507,P<0.01). Conclusion Banxia Xiexin Decoction and its modification can effectively treat chronic gastritis.关键词
