摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of large pieces of autologous split-thickness skin grafting combined with MeeK skin grafting on repairing deep burn of lower extremities. Methods Clinical data from 48 patients with deep burn of lower extremities admitted into department of burn surgery in our hospital from January 2010 to June 2013 were an-alyzed.According to different skin-grafting repair measures,they were divided into control group (n=18) and observation group(n=30). Results The skin area,skin grafting time,wound healing time,and survival rate of flap in observation group was superior to that of control group respectively.The total clinical therapeutic effective rate of deep burn of lower ex-tremities in observation group was higher in comparison with that in control group.The incidences of allergic reaction and infection in observation group was much lower in comparison with that of control group respectively,with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Large pieces of autologous split-thickness skin grafting combined with MeeK skin grafting can obtain a remarkable effect on repairing deep burn of lower extremities with good prognosis,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
