Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of NT-proBNP level on cardiovascular event and prognosis of patients with diabetes combined with coronary heart disease. Methods 202 patients with type-2 diabetes combined with coro-nary heart disease from March 2012 to March 2014 in our hospital were selected and divided into the level of NT-proBNP more than 86 ng/L group and the level of NT-proBNP less than or equal 86 ng/L group according to the level of NT-proBNP,101 cases in each group.Multi-factor Logistic regression analysis was used to screen out the influencing factors of acute cardiovascular events.The differences between the two groups was compared. Results Multi-factor Lo-gistic regression analysis showed that the occurrence of cardiovascular events was closely related to the NT-proBNP level (P<0.01).The incidence of cardiovascular event in the level of NT-proBNP more than 86 ng/L group was higher than that in the the level of NT-proBNP less than or equal 86 ng/L group,with significant difference (P<0.01).The level of fasting blood-glucose,the total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein,apolipoprotein B and the incidence rate of total coronary artery occlusion in the level of NT-proBNP more than 86 ng/L group was higher than that in the level of NT-proBNP less than or equal 86 ng/L group,with significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion The NT-proBNP level is closely related to the cardiovascular events and the risk factors of cardiovascular events of the patients with diabetes associated with coronary heart disease.关键词
