Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of dual anti-platelet therapy in the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction from January 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,50 cases in each group.On the ba-sis of routine treatment,the observation group was given dual anti-platelet therapy of aspirin with clopidogrel,the control group was given aspirin.The clinical effect and the incidence rate of adverse reaction in two groups was observed. Re-sults The total effective rate in the observation group was 68.0%,which was higher than 50.0% in the control group,with significant difference (P>0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions such as cerebral hemorrhage,gastrointestinal bleeding,bleeding in urinary system and ecchymosis between two groups was no significant difference (P>0.05).Multi-factor Logistic regression analysis showed that combination of hypertension,infarct size,infarct location,platelet numbers and coagulation function were regarded as an independent risk factor for cerebral hemorrhage. Conclusion Dual anti-platelet therapy can obtain a remarkable effect in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage.Targeting on risk factors of cerebral hemorrhage,a careful assessment of the risk of bleeding and weigh of the advantages and disadvantages of the application are essential in order to minimize the occurrence of cerebral hemorrhage.关键词
