Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of holmium laser lithotripsy (HLL) in senile urinary calculi. Methods 118 patients with senile urinary calculi from August 2013 to August 2014 in our hospital were selected and divided into HLL group and PL group according to method for ureteral calculi,who was given the treatment of HLL and pneumatic lithotripsy(PL) respectively.The Curative effect in two groups was compared. Results The rate of one-time stone pulverizing in HLL group was 91.38%,which was higher than 80.00% in PL group,with significant difference (P<0.05). The stone clearance rate after surgery at 8 weeks in HLL group was 87.93%,which was higher than 71.67% in PL group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The surgery time in HLL group was shorter than that in PL group,with signifi-cant difference(P<0.05).The amount of bleeding during surgery in two groups was not statistically different (P>0.05).The incidence rate of complication in HLL group was lower than that in PL group,with significant difference(P<0.05). Con-clusion The effect of HLL in the treatment of senile urinary calculi is remarkable,which can improve the stone clear-ance rate,shorten the operation time and reduce the incidence of complication.关键词
