Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of manipulative reduction combined with cervical muscle exercise in treatment of atlantoaxial joint disorder. Methods 208 cases of patients with atlantoaxial joint disorder syn-drome treated in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2013 were selected as the research object and were ran-domly divided into the control group(n=104) and observation group(n=104) after admission.The patients in control group were given the treatment of manipulative reduction while the patients in observation group were given the treatment of neck muscle exercise on the basis of the treatment in control group.The changes of atlanto-odontoid interval,cervical curvature index,depth,angle and clinical symptom scores of the patients between two groups was compared before and after the treatment respectively.The total efficiency between the two groups was compared. Results Before the treat-ment,the clinical indexes of patients between two groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05).But after the treat-ment,the clinical indexes between two groups of patients was significantly improved respectively.The atlanto-odontoid interval and clinical symptom scores in observation group was significantly lower than that of control group respectively (P<0.05),and other indexes was significantly higher than that in control group respectively (P<0.05).The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (96.15% v s 79.81%,χ²=13.139,P=0.000). Conclusion For the patients with atlantoaxial joint disorder syndrome,the treatment of manipulative reduction combined with cervical muscle exercise can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and the curative effect is very good,which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
