Abstract
Objective To analyze the effects of patients with gastritis using anti Helicobacter pylori (Hp) and combined with other drugs. Methods 52 patients with gastritis in our hospital from October 2011 to December 2013 were select-ed,they were evenly divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table method.The control group was given anti-Hp drugs (amoxicillin,clarithromycin and omeprazole),the treatment group was given addi-tional bismuth potassium citrate on the basis of the control group.Two groups were taking 2 course of treatment,the clinical effects was compared. Results After treatment,stomach pain visual analogue score (VAS) and stomach secrete hormone levels in two groups was improved before treatment (P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the con-trol group,the difference was significant (P<0.05).Total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.15%,which was sig-nificantly higher than 69.23%of the control group(P<0.05),the difference was significant(P<0.05).The two groups during treatment showed no adverse reaction. Conclusion In the treatment of gastritis,anti-Hp drugs combined with other drugs show remarkable clinical efficacy,it can effectively inhibit and remove Hp,protect gastric mucosa.It is worthy of clinical application.关键词
