益气升白汤治疗乳腺癌化疗后白细胞减少症的临床研究

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yiqi Shengbai Decoction in the treatment of leukopenia after chemotherapy of breast cancer. Methods 60 patients with leukopenia after chemotherapy of breast cancer from May 2012 to August 2013 treated in our hospital were selected,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,and there were 30 cases in each group.The observation group was given Yiqi Shengbai decoction,and the control group was given leucogen.The curative effect of increasing leukocyte,ECOG score of physical status and white cell count after treatment of patients between two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of increasing leuko-cyte in observation group was 86.67%,and it was significantly higher than that of control group (70.00%) (P<0.05).Total effective rate of ECOG score of physical status was 83.33%,and it was significantly higher than that of control group (73.33%) (P<0.05).There was no statistical difference of white blood cell count in two groups after 3 d treatment (P>0.05).White blood cell count after 7,11,21 d treatment of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Yiqi Shengbai decoction in the treatment of leukopenia after chemotherapy of breast can-cer has remarkable clinical curative effect,it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
