摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand our hospital current situation and influencing factors of nosocomial infections and provide reference for effectively control nosocomial infections. Methods By means of the cross-sectional survey,the use of antibiotics,the infections of nosocomial infections and other risk factors in 884 cases of hospitalized patients were analyzed on 0:00~24:00,April 25,2014. Results A total of 884 out of 897(99%) inpatients were checked.Nosocomial in-fections occurred in 37 patients with the prevalence rate of 4.19%.The lower respiratory tract,urinary tract and intracra-nial infection were the main infection sites.There were 120 cases of typeⅠ incision,among,clean surgical preventive use of antimicrobial drugs 14 cases,accounting for 11.67%. Conclusion In this survey,the prevalence rate according to the data objective now from the current situation of nosocomial infections,in order to do a good job for nosocomial infec-tions management.关键词
