北京八角社区成人血脂异常的流行特点及其影响因素分析

Abstract
Objective To get known the epidemic characteristics of adult dyslipidemia and influence factors in Bajiao community in Beijing. Methods 1267 residents aged 18 and over in our community from September to October 2012 were received with inventory survey by multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling.The data including demographic information,lifestyle and economic status were collected by face-to-face investigation.The indexes of total cholesterol (TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),triglyceride(TG) and blood glucose was determined by drawing venous blood in empty stomach.The diagnostic criteria of dyslipidemia were deter-mined based on guideline of adult dyslipidemia in China. Results The morbidity of adult dyslipidemia in Bajiao com-munity was 43.2%,male (47.7%) and female (40.1%) respectively,which displayed a statistical difference (P<0.05).The highest morbidity occurred in male ranging from 40 to 59 years old.With the growth of age in female,the morbidity of dyslipidemia gradually increased. Logistic regression analysis indicated that factors significantly associated with dys-lipidemia were gender,smoking,body mass index level,vegetable consumption,systolic blood pressure, serum creatinine, blood glucose and blood uric acid. Conclusion Morbidity of dyslipidemia in Bajiao community is greatly higher than that of mean value in Beijing’s population.Male aged from 40 to 59 years old and elderly female are considered as fo-cus groups.Health education and lipid management should be strengthened in the community.关键词
