摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the traits of executive function and the event -related potential in go/no-go task in somato-form disorders.Methods 30 patients(among 18~60 years old) meeting with DSM-4 for somatoform disorders criteria were recruited as research group .30 marched sexual and age healthy adolescents were selected as normal control group .Go/no-go task by event -re-lated potential and Wisconsin Card Sorting Test were recorded with all the subjects .Results Regarding the go/no-go task by ERPs, comparing with the control group,the amplitudes of the research group were significantly lower (t=2.32~8.01,P<0.01 or <0.05). Regarding the WCST test ,comparing with the control group ,the research group showed a decrease in the ack number and the percentage of conceptual level ,and a increase in the error response number and the select error rate ,the error selection number and the error selec-tion percentage (t=2.27~4.77,P<0.01 or <0.05).The both group were not different in other WCST test'scores(t=0.48~1.55,P>0.05).Conclusion Patients with somatoform disorders have executive dysfunction .关键词
