Abstract
Objective To investigate the degree of family APGAR for alcohol dependence patients and its 'effect on their life quality and coping styles .Methods 80 patients were divided into two groups according to APGAR scores .They were assessed with Family AP-GAR Index Questionnaire(APGAR),the Comprehensive Evaluation Questionnaire -74 of Life Quality(GQOLI-74) and Trait Coping Style Questionnaire(TCSQ),and compared with life quality and coping situations .Results ①62%of alcohol dependence patients had lower degree of family care;The high degree family care group's GQOLI-74 dimension scores were higher than that of the low degree group.Among them,the scores of physical(t =2.57,2.39;P<0.05) had significant differences,and the mental function and social function score was particularly significant (t=3.02,2.89;P<0.01).②The high degree groups'TCSQ positive response scores were low-er than the low group degree group (t=2.71,P<0.01),and the negative coping scores were higher than the low group degree group (t=-2.99,P<0.01).The negative coping was outstanding .The differences were statistically significant .Conclusion Alcohol depend-ence patients have lower degree of family care;The patients with low APGAR have lower quality of life ,tend to negative response facing with stress.关键词
