Abstract
Objective To understand the impact of family environment and coping style on adolescent depression as well as the cor -relation between them .Methods The questionnaire was conducted by the comparison of 36 patients with adolescent depression as re-search subjects to 33 normal adolescents as a control using Family Environment Scale and Coping Scale .Results The average scores of adolescent depression family environment intimacy ,family informative ,family entertaining were significantly lower than those of the con-trol group(t=-3.907,-4.088,-3.037,P<0.01),while in contradictory factor ,research group scored significantly higher than the control group(t=2.966 P<0.01),and so did recourse factor(t=-3.711 P<0.01)in coping style.Family factors such as the family environ-ment and intimacy ,emotion expression ,contradiction and entertaining were significantly correlated with multiple factors in coping style ( P<0.05).Conclusion Adolescent depression can have links with poor family environment and immature coping style which interacts each other .关键词
