免费服药对农村社区精神分裂症的作用
Effect of Free Treatment for Schizophrenia in Rural Community
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of free treatment for rural community schizophrenia .Methods Through the investi-gation and combined with the retrospective study ,598 of schizophrenia patients enjoyed the policy of free treatment for Pinggu District were investigated,completed the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS),personal and social functioning scale (PSP),insight and treat-ment attitude questionnaire,the Clinical Global Impression Scale(CGI),the self-made general questionnaire.Results After one year of treatment,the compliance of the patients was improved significantly (c2=9.245,P=0.01);BPRS,ITAQ,CGI,PSP scale were signifi-cant improved(t=9.737,7.15,-12.59,-9.41;P<0.001).Conclusion The free drug treatment can improve patients compliance ,alle-viate the condition ,improve the social function ,but requires more investment in government departments .关键词
