Abstract
Objective To investigate the mediating role of job satisfaction on the relationship between private kindergarten teachers 'professional identity and turnover intention .Methods A total of 115 private kindergarten teachers were evaluated with Teachers'Profes-sional Identity Scale ,Teachers'Turnover Intention Scale and Revised Edition of Job Satisfaction Scale .Results ①There was significantly positive correlation between teachers'professional identity factors and job satisfaction (r=0.612,0.388,0.294,0.194;P<0.01);Role values and professional behavior were found to be negatively related to turnover intention (r=-0.369,-0.210;P<0.01);Job satisfaction was negatively related to turnover intention (r=-0.650,;P<0.01);②Job satisfaction played a complete mediating role between role values,professional behavior inclination and turnover intention (β=-0.678,-0.669;P<0.001).Conclusion Professional identity,job satisfaction and turnover intention are significantly related .Role values,professional behavior inclination indirectly affect turnover inten-tion through job satisfaction .关键词
