Abstract
Objective To investigate psychological capitai ,mental quality of university students and their relationship .Methods A total of 172 university students were tested using psychological capital questionnaire and the mental quality inventory of college students . Results ①There was significant difference of the resiliency level between boys and girls (t=2.308,P<0.05).And there was signifi-cant difference of the hope level among grades (F=3.543,P<0.05).The hope level of seniors and sophomores were higher than that of freshmen.②There was significant difference of the quality of psychological dynamic among grades (F=5.217,P<0.01),and the quality of psychological dynamic of seniors were higher than those of freshmen and juniors .There was significant difference of the mental quality of learning among grades(F=2.970,P<0.05),and the mental quality of learning of sophomores and seniors were higher than that of juniors.③Psychological capital was positively related to mental quality in university students (48.7%).Conclusion Psychological cap-ital has closed relationship with mental quality of university students ,which provides scientific basis for constructing a new training -sys-tem of mental quality .关键词
