Psychological Nursing Countermasure for Patients Treated by Multicellular Tumor Immunotherapy

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore nursing and its effect on patients with cancer who were treated by multicellular immunotherapy . Methods Patients were randomly divided into traditional nursing group (group A)and psychological nursing group (group B).Compared to the traditional nursing group ,patients in psychological nursing group were given extra psychological care .Patients'satisfaction,inci-dence rates of adverse reactions and adherence to treatment in the two groups were analyzed .,Results There were no significant differ-ences between genders (χ2 =0.099,P>0.05).For patients with psychological nursing group ,the incidence of adverse reactions in pa-tients significantly decreased(χ2 =4.184,P<0.05),the period of treatment relatively increased (t=-5.503,P<0.01),patients'satis-faction significantly increased compared with the traditional nursing group (χ2 =5.767,P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing can effectively improve the satisfaction of the patients with malignant cancer who are treated with multicellular immunotherapy and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions ,enable them to adhere and promote to the treatment.关键词
