高校辅导员幸福感的调查与分析
The Happiness of University Counselors

Abstract
Objective To find the psychological structure ,level and influencing factor of university counselors'happiness.Methods 371 college instructors were investigated by the happiness questionnaire .Results The exploratory factor analysis found eight factors include satisfaction of life,health experience,positive emotion,et al,the confirmatory factor analysis confirmed this model (GFI=0.847, IFI=0.897,CFI=0.895,RMSEA=0.065,χ2/df=2.550,P<0.05),coefficient of internal consistency was 0.911,the questionnaire had good reliability and validity .The average scores of the university counselors'happiness was 62.68,the score of family harmony was the highest and the score of the autonomy was the lowest .The differences of happiness in different age ,professional ranks and position were significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The happiness of university counselor includes satisfaction of life ,health experience,self-value,autonomy,growth and development,interpersonal harmony,family harmony,social confidence.The happiness of university counsel-ors are above the average .Age,professional ranks and position have a significant influence on the happiness of university counselors .关键词
