摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of level cycle training on self -efficacy of nurses .Methods 98 psychiatric nurses took the level cycle training for one year .General self-efficacy scale and nurses'stressor scale were used before and after training .Results After training, stress scale score was lower than that before the training .Self-efficacy score was higher than that before the training (t=2.53~9.93,P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion Level cycle training can be used to reduce pressure and increase self -efficacy of psychi-atric nurses,thereby enhancing the ability to work .关键词
