The Effect of Nurses'Psychological Contract on Job Burnout:The Mediating Roleo f Job Satisfaction

Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship among psychological contract and job burnout and the mediating effect of job satis -faction.Methods A total of 271 nurses were investigated by Maslach Burnout Inventory ,Psychological Contract Questionnaires and Job Satisfaction Questionnaires .Results ①Psychological contract was significantly negatively related to reduced personal accomplishment ( r=-0.345,P<0.01),emotional exhaustion(r=-0.411,P<0.01),cynicism(r=-418,P<0.01) and psychological and positively relat-ed to job satisfaction(r=648,0.570;P<0.01).②The mediatory effect of job satistaction between psychological contract and job burn -out was significant(χ2 =68.975,df=17,CFI=0.956,RMSEA=0.066).Conclusion Psychological contract can predict job burnout negatively through job satisfaction .关键词
