摘要
Abstract
Objective To assess whether cognitive behavioral therapy prevents body weight gain in persons with serious mental ill -ness who are treated with antipsychotics .Methods The randomized controlled trials ( RCT) about cognitive behavioral therapy for pre-vention of weight gain with antipsychotics from January 2000 to December 2012 were selected in the Medline,Cochrane Library,CNKI, VIP and Wanfang Data .Two reviewers independently screened the literatures ,extracted the data ,and evaluated the methodological quali-ty.The meta-analyses were conducted by using RevMan 5.0 software.Results The total 6 RCTs were selected and 295 patients were involved .The results of meta-analyses showed that the efficacy of the cognitive behavioral group was superior to that of the control group in lessen body mass[WMD=-1.83 Kg,95%CI(-2.79,-0.88)Kg,(P<0.01)],BWI[WMD=-0.69 Kg/m2,95%CI(-1.04,-0.34) Kg/m2(P<0.01)]with significant differences.Conclusion Cognitive behavioral therapy is effective in attenuating antipsychotics -in-duced weight gain .关键词
