度洛西汀与艾司西酞普兰治疗精神分裂症后抑郁的对照研究

Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of duloxetine and escitalopram in the treatment of patients with post -schiz-ophrenicdepression.Methods 68patientswithpost-schizophrenicdepressionwererandomlydividedintoduloxetinegroup(n=34) and escitalopram group(n=34)treated with duloxetine and escitalopram respectively for 6 weeks.Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD), Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS),Clinical Global Impression Severity of Illness (CGI-SI),Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale (TESS)and 36-item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)were used to evaluate the efficacy,the side effect and the quality of life at the baseline and at the end of the 1,2,4,6 week after treatment,respectively.Results The clinical effective rates in duloxetine group and escitalopram group were 78.13%and 81.82%respectively,without significant difference .The scores of HAMD,CGI-SI and BPRS in the two groups were significantly decreased than before treatment at each time after treatment (all P<0.01).However,the scale scores at all diffident observation time points had no significant difference between two groups (all P>0.05).After 6 week,the total score of SF -36 in both groups showed significant differences compared with those before treatment (χ2 =3.167,3.203;P<0.01).Incidence of ad-verse effects and degree were lower in both groups .Conclusion Duloxetine and escitalopram are both effective and safe in the treatment of patients with post -schizophrenic depression ,and also are beneficial to promote their quality of life .关键词
