Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of trazodone in the treatment of sleep disorders of patients with depression af -ter stroke.Methods A total of 60 patients of poststroke depression with somnipathy were randomly divided into trazodone group (n=30) and control group(n=30),and assessed with Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale and HAMD before treatment ,4 weeks and 6 weeks after treatment respectively .Results There were no significant differences in sleep quality and HAMD scores between two groups before treat -ment.But they had significant differences in 4 weeks and 6 weeks after treatment(PSQI:t=5.577,7.007;P<0.01;HAMD:t=4.917, 7.888;P<0.01),sleep quality improved significantly in the treatment group ,and was significantly higher than that in the control group;Depression was improved in trazodone group ,and was obviously higher than that of control group (P<0.01).Conclusion Trazodone can effectively improve sleep disorders in patients with depression after stroke.关键词
