摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the situation of the vocational college students'general self-efficacy and to explore its relation-ship with achievement motivation .Methods A total of 280 vocational college students were detected by General Self -efficacy Scale (GSES)andtheAchievementMotiveScale(AMS).Results ①Generalself-efficacyshowedsignificantdifferenceinthecadreinthe class (t=2.869,P<0.05).②General self-efficacy were positively correlated to achievement motivation (P<0.01).③Multiple re-gression analysis showed that the pursuing success motivation could significantly forecast general self -efficacy(β=0.432,P<0.01). Conclusion General self-efficacy are positively correlated to achievement motivation .Pursuing success motivation is effective to pre-dict general self-efficacy.关键词
