Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of group psychotherapy on clinical efficacy and quality of life of patients with schizophre -nia,andtoprovideatheoreticalbasisforclinicalpsychologicalintervention.Methods 162patientswithschizophreniawererandomly divided into observation group and control group with 81 cases in each .The control group treated with antipsychotic drug oral therapy , while the observation group treated based on the control group with group psychotherapy added .After 8 weeks of treatment ,the positive and negative symptom scale ( PANSS) and the change of WHOQOL -100 were evaluated and compared between two groups .Results Af-ter treatment,PANSS scores were significantly lower than that before treatment (t=8.75,11.22;P<0.05),and the PANSS scale assess-ment results of the observation group were significantly lower than that of control group (t=3.59,P<0.05);the physiology score,psy-chology score,independence score and society related score were significantly higher than that before treatment ( t=3.57,6.98,6.05, 6.13,6.79;P<0.05).Conclusion Group psychological therapy is helpful to improve the clinical effect of schizophrenia ,can improve the quality of life of patients ,is worthy of further popularization and application .关键词
