摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the efficacy and safety of escitalopram for the treatment of depression .Methods:A total of 80 patients with depression were divided into the observation group of 40 patients with escitalopram treat-ment and the control group of 40 patients with paroxetine treatment .The efficacy and safety for two groups were compared.Results:After two weeks,four weeks,six weeks,the observation group rather than in the control group of patients had a marked improvement in HAMD score , with statistically significant difference between groups ( P <0 .05 );Adverse reactions occurred in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group , including sweating,dry mouth,nausea,vomiting,weight gain,blurred vision,headaches,etc.(P<0.05).Conclu-sion:Escitalopram for the treatment of depression can play earlier ,faster clinical improvement in patients with de-pression,which help to improve the quality of life of patients with depression and improve social function in pa -tients,and it is worthy of promotion .关键词
