Influence of Time-Management Disposition Training on Female Postgraduates'Anxiety,Depression and Subjective Well-being

Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of time -management disposition training on female postgraduates'anxiety ,depression and subjective well -being .Methods:60 participants were chosen and randomly divided into experimental group and control group ,30 in each group .Participants in experimen-tal group joined the GTD ( Get Things Done ) time management training for half a year , then researcher tested two groups before and after the training to research the change in anxiety ,depression ,and subjec-tive well-being of participants .Results:Before training , there was no difference on time -management disposition ,anxiety ,depression , and subjective well -being between two groups .Half a year later , there were significant differences between pre and post -treatment on time-management disposition ,anxiety, depression,and subjective well -being in the study group(t=23.005,2.432,2.086,3.385;P<0.05) and no differences in the control group;There were significant differences between two groups on time -management disposition,anxiety and subjective well -being(t=10.717,2.245,2.189;P<0.05)and no significant effects on their depression .Conclusion:①Female postgraduates'time management disposition can be significantly improved by time -management training;②Time-management disposition training can significantly improve female master's subjective well -being ,reduce anxiety .But there was no signifi-cant effects on their depression .关键词
