Abstract
Objective:To understand the mental health status of senior university students who were facing the employment and the postgraduate examination and the possible mental health problem ,in order to provide necessary scientific evidence for the future mental health education and psychological counse -ling.Methods:Researching the graduate(including the department of clinic,prevention,probation,nurs-ing and so on ) of Shandong Medical College in 2013 by the questionnaire we made ourselves and the SAS.SDS questionnaire .Results:①Graduates in this university had significant deviation in the choice of the employment and the postgraduate examination (χ2 =22 .660 , P<0 .05 );Clinical specialty , preven-tion,inspection professional one's deceased father grind rate was high .②The level of the anxiety and the depression in different characteristics graduates , had significant deviation .The female's rate was higher than the male's(t=-11.740,-9.100;P<0.01);Nursing and clinical specialty depression was often high-er than the other(F=2.807,P<0.05).(3)The graduate choice was closely correlated to the incidence rate of the anxiety and the depression (F=3.785,3.091;P<0.05).The level of the anxiety and the de-pression in the postgraduate examination were obviously higher than the general crowd .Conclusion:On the basis of specialty and gender ,college students are more prone to anxiety and depression .Their mental health problem should be focused on timely ,and get scientific psychological treatment .关键词
