住院精神分裂症患者口腔健康相关生活质量影响因素及其与自杀企图的关系

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the impact of oral health related quality of life(OHRQOL)in Chi-nese schizophrenia inpatients and their incidence of suicide attempts,and explore the relationship between OHRQOL and suicide attempts.Methods:A total of 94 schizophrenia inpatients were consecutively exam-ined in Beijing An'ding Hospital,Capital Medical University,in China from May 7,2013 to May 272,013 . And all subjects included suicide attempters(n=7)and non-attempters(n =87)were investigated with self-made questionnaire,oral health impact profile(OHIP-14),brief psychiatric reacting scale(BPRS) and activity of daily living scale( ADL) .Multi-factor linear regression method( method step by step) was used to assess associated variables and OHRQOL in Chinese schizophrenia inpatients.Re sutls :OHIP-14 total score was (10.9 ±11.8),and the prevalence of suicide attempt was 8.0%.Compared to the non-attempters,the attempters had higher points in OHIP-14 total score,the score of functional limitation,the score of pain and discomfort,the score of psychological discomfort,and the score of independent ability( P<0.05 ) .There were no significant differences in BPRS total score and ADL total score between two groups(P>0.05).In four fields of OHRQOL,the score of functional limitation,the score of pain and dis-comfort,the score of psychological discomfort,and the score of independent ability were positively correla-ted between each other.Multi-factor linear regression analysis showed that course of disease,the pres-ence of suicide attempts,monthly income status,and level of education were associated with OHRQOL in Chinese schizophrenia inpatients( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion:OHRQOL of schizophrenia inpatients may be related with many factors,including course of disease,the presence of suicide attempts,monthly income status,and level of education.It will provide referential basis for the comprehensive intervention plan that was in order to improve OHRQOL of schizophrenia inpatients.关键词
