Anxious and Depressive Symptoms and Their Influencing Factors among People in Community Aged in Beijing Haidian District

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the situation of anxious and depressive symptoms and their influ-encing factors among people in community aged in Beijing.Methods:The samples were composed of 2464 inhabitants aged≥65 years.All individuals were assessed by Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale( SAS) and demographic questionnaire.Results:①There were 18.5%existences anxious symptoms in community aged.②.The prevalence of anxious(χ2 =16.157,P<0.01) and de-pressive(χ2 =16.157,P<0.01) symptoms were significant differences among the different age level.③The score of SAS(F=9.132,P<0.001) and SDS (F=13.679,P<0.001,F=11.90,P<0.001)were significant different among the different age,and the styles of the life.④The important risk factor of the anxious(OR=1.9,OR=1.6) and depressive(OR=1.8,OR=1.4) symptoms were chronic diseases. Conclusion:The anxious and depressive symptoms of the individuals in Haidian community is obvious, and can be influenced by various factors.关键词
