摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate medical college students in Hainan province of oral health related quality of life and its influencing factors .Methods:Self-made general situation questionnaire and oral health impact scale ( OHIP-14 Chinese Edition ) on 762 medical students in Hainan province were cross-sectional surveyed.Results:OHIP-14 of the total average score was(33.15 ±5.53)points,four di-mensions( independent ability was abate;psychological discomfort;physical discomfort;pain and discom-fort)mean scores were:(3.47 ±3.82),(2.78 ±2.53),(2.75 ±2.46),(3.32 ±2.37) points.Dimen-sions of pain and discomfort was not significant difference between gender ,the rest of the dimensional had statistical significance between gender ( P <0 .05 ) .Caries prevalence of 44 .88%, whether the risk of dental caries among the dimension difference had statistics significance (P<0.05).The multiple linear regressions showed that peculiar smell in oral cavity , dental caries , gingival inflammation , often straight teeth and gums often bleeding entered into the regression equation .Conclusion:The effect of medical students'oral health related quality of life factors are diversified ,comprehensive measures should be taken to prevent.关键词
