Abstract
Objective:To research the application of Meridian Adjustment Diagnosis and Therapy to Somatoform discorders .Methods:A total of 65 patients with Somatoform discorders were randomly as-signed to two groups for 8 weeks treatment ,one group used the Meridian Adjustment Diagnosis and Thera-py,the other used the drugs only .HAMA,HAMD,CGI and TESS were evaluated on the baseline and 2, 4,6 and 8 weeks after treatment.Results:After 6-week and 8-week treatment,there were significant difference in the scores of HAMD between the two groups (t=-5.36,-2.44;P<0.05);After 6-week, the anxiety /somatoform gence between the two groups were significant difference ( t=-5.11,-7.54;P<0.05);Scores of HAMA had significant differences after 4-week,6-week and 8-week treatment ( t=-3.29,-3.25,-3.81;P<0.05),after 2-week,4-week,6-week and 8-week,the somatoform anxiety gence between the two groups were significant difference (t=-3.99,-3.33,-5.24;P <0.05).The effec-tive rate of study group was 88%while the control group's effective rate was 75%.There was no signifi-cant difference between the two groups .The cure rate of study group was 48% while the control group's cure rate was 25%.There was significant difference between the two groups (χ2 =5 .91 ,P<0 .05 ) .There was no significant difference in the scores of side effects between the two groups ,There was no significant difference in the scores of TESS between the two groups .Conclusion:The Meridian Adjustment Diagnosis and Therapy is good for Somatoform discorders , especially good for somatization , and the treatment is safet .关键词
