Influencing Factors of Job Burnout of Psychiatric Doctors and Nurses

Abstract
Objective:To explore status of depressive mood , social support lever and job burnout of psychiatric doctors and nurses .And research the job burnout's influencing factors .Methods:Totally 122 psychiatric doctors and nurses on clinical front line were investigated by the Maslach Burnout Inventory ( MBI-GS) ,Social Support Rating Scale ( SSRS ) and Zung Self-rating Depression Scale ( SDS) .Re-sults:There were 10 .7% psychiatric doctors and nurses with burnout condition in different levers ,18%staffs with low-level social support ,and 50.8% staffs with depression in different degrees;There were negative correlation between the factors scores and total score of MBI and SSRS (P<0.051);The factors scores and total score of MBI were significantly positively associated with SDS ( P<0 .01 ) .The total score of SSRS and the factor score of use of support had great effects on job burnout ( t=-2.516,-2.046;P<0.05),and the total scores of SDS had a greater effect on job burnout (t=6.414,P<0.01).Conclu-sion:Psychiatric doctors and nurses have high -level depression , low -level social support , low -level use of support ,and high incidence rate of job burnout .Depression and social support are influencing fac-tors of job burnout .关键词
