Abstract
Objective:To explore the mediating influence of detachment and attachment on the rela-tionship between general self -efficacy and learning motivation .Methods:Using General Self -Efficacy Scale,Going into the World and Leaving the World Questionnaire and Learning Motivation Questionnaire for University Students to investigate 301 college students from four grades .Results:①General self-effi-cacy had significantly positive correlation with interest of studying (r=0.257,P<0.001),tendency of al-truism(r=0.117,P<0.05) and the spirit of hard struggle (r=0.200,P<0.001);②General self-effi-cacy had a positive prediction on interest of studying (β=0.257,P<0.001) and tendency of altruism(β=0.117,P<0.05);The spirit of hard struggle had a significantly positive prediction on interest of stud-ying(β=0.335,P<0.001) and tendency of altruism (β=0.283,P<0.001);Goal attachment had a significantly positive prediction on tendency of altruism (β=0.138,P<0.05);③General self-efficacy not only had a direct role on the learning motivation ,but also indirectly influenced it through detachment and attachment .Conclusion:The spirit of hard struggle partially mediates the relationship of general self-efficacy and interest of studying ,general self-efficacy and interest of studying .Goal attachment partial-ly mediates the relationship of general self -efficacy and tendency of altruism .关键词
