Abstract
Objective:To study effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on psychological state and quality of life in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma during radiotherapy.Methods:From March 2012 to May 2013 ,a total of 81 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma in our hospital were treated com-prehensive nursing intervention and patients were given full measurement and assessment respectively be-fore and after nursing intervention by using SAS,SDS and QLQ-C30 scales.Results:①After interven-tion,SAS and SDS scores of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were significantly lower than those before intervention(t=5.564,4.663;P<0.05).②After intervention,the scores of physical function, role function,emotional function,cognitive function,social function and overall health status of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were significantly higher than those before intervention ( t =-4.216,-3.652,-3.283,-3.878,-2.496,-4.315;P <0.05 ) .Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the psychological stress and radiation adverse reaction of patients with nasopharyn-geal carcinoma,and improve their quality of life.关键词
