Development of Teachers'Mental Health Diathesis Questionnaire

Abstract
Objective:Based on theoretical analysis and previous research with teachers,the study ex-plored dimension of teachers'mental health diathesis.Methods:The teachers'mental health diathesis questionnaire( TMHDQ) was developed by interview survey, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,which was suitable for primary and secondary school teachers.Results:The teachers'men-tal health diathesis questionnaire was composed of general mental health diathesis of eight dimensions and vocational mental health diathesis of five dimensions,with the Cronbach's αbetween 0.708 to 0.879, 0.702 to 0.838,the cumulative contribution rate was 70.38%,60.849%respectively.Conclusion:It has proved that the teachers'mental health diathesis questionnaire has high reliability and validity ,and can be used to measure mental health diathesis of primary and secondary school teachers.关键词
