萎缩性舌炎患者口腔健康相关生活质量分析

Abstract
Objective To examine the quality of life of patients with atrophic glossitis .Method 60 patients suffering from atrophic glossitis admitted to the Department of Stomatology of Hangzhou Red Cross Hospital were chosen as the experimental group .A group of patients with other oral diseases and a group of people selected from those who accompanied the patients were chosen as the control group .Both groups were asked to complete the oral health-specific questionnaire (Chinese version of Oral Health Impact Profile , OHIP-14), and all data were analyzed statistically .Findings The total score of OHQoL on atrophic glossitis patients was found to be higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Compared with the control group , the atrophic glossitis patients suffered much more in psychological discomfort , psychological disability and functions limitation .Conclusion The quality of life of patients with atrophic glossitis was significantly influenced by the disease ,which was mainly reflected in the repects of psychological discomfort , psychological disability and functions limitation .关键词
