家庭护理干预对精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响

Abstract
Objective To understand the effect of family nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with schizophrenia.Method 82 cases of schizophrenia were randomly divided into a control group ( n=41) and an experimental group ( n =41 ).The control group were administered with nursing in current use.The experimental group were administered with family nursing intervention in addition to that provided to the control group.After the patients were discharged from the hospital, observation was conducted over the patients'quality of life, social support, treatment compliance, and relapse rate in six months after treatment.Findings No significant difference was found in quality of life and social support score between the two groups of patients at discharge ( P>0.05 ) .Six months after intervention, the quality of life and social support scores of both groups were significantly improved, with those of the experimental group higher than the control group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(χ2 =14.19, P<0.05), and the 6-month relapse rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group (χ2 =6.27, P <0.05 ) . Conclusion Family nursing intervention for patients with schizophrenia can effectively improve treatment compliance, the quality of life, and the social function of patients, and thus minimize relapse rate.关键词
