Synthesis and Luminescence Properties of Monodisperse SiO2∶Eu3+ Microspheres
摘要
Abstract
Three methods (base-catalyzed method,acid-catalyzed method and seed growth method) have been used to prepare SiO 2 ∶Eu3 + microspheres.Meanwhile,optimal synthesis conditions of the SiO 2 ∶ Eu3 + microspheres were obtained.The results indicate that the best method was the seed growth method, by which the average diameters of obtained particles are approximately 370—380 nm,and the final product has nice homogeneity,monodispersity and sphericity.The final SiO 2 ∶Eu3 + microspheres showed a strong red emission under ultraviolet excitation.关键词
