基于 AD500-9激光测距系统的设计
Design of Laser Ranging System Based on AD500-9
摘要
Abstract
Laser ranging system was designed based on AD500-9.The system is composed of four parts:narrow pulse laser emission circuit,APD bias circuit,weak photo-electricity signal processing circuit,and time measurement circuit.The timing circuit was tested and verified with self-designed standard timing generator.It has realized 10 -1 0 level time measurement via linear fitting.The analysis shows the distance measurement error is limited to ± 0.1 m in outdoor ranging experiment by software calibration method.关键词
