摘要

Abstract

Eight Trichoderma strains were screened through dual culture with Rhizoctonia solani and the effects of secondary metabolic products of volatile and non-volatile inhibitors were determined .Trichoder-ma virens strain T-43 was screened and evaluated on the biocontrol of seedling blight and their plant growth promoting ability in field experiment .The results show that:in dual culture and fermenting broth inhibitory tests,each Trichoderma strain and their secondary metabolic products could inhibit the growth of Rhizoctonia solani with varying degrees,and the relative inhibitory rate of T-43 was 2.5 .The T-43 non-volatile antibiotics could significantly inhibit the growth of pathogens and was of thermal stability,the inhibitory rate of which was 71.1 5%.After poured roots treatment by Trichoderma agents,Trichoderma virens T-43 could significantly inhibit seedling damping-off of Acanthopanax senticosus and Schisandra chinensis,simultaneously improve the growth of seedlings,enhance adversity resistance of biomass and increase the number and stability of soil microbial populations .
